The CSSIW performs an annual inspection and produces a report for each home care provider. As part of its work, CSSIW provides guidance and support to help home care agencies improve their services. As new regulations are regularly introduced. a CSSIW inspection and report is always a 'work in progress' which should demonstrate a provider is meeting all of the requirements placed upon them by the previous annual report coupled with positive action on new social care legislation. The most recent inspection report is available on request.
Vale of Glamorgan Council were the first to award accreditation to Angels Care Services and consequently we have a long standing relationship with them. We work extremely closely with the Social Service departments responsible for the care of the elderly and have participated in joint Pilot Schemes aimed at improving the efficiency of domiciliary care throughout the region.
Accreditation was gained with Cardiff council in 2002 and we have carers working in all areas of the city. One of our directors is treasurer for the Cardiff Domiciliary Providers Association and liaises frequently with the officers of Adult Services within Cardiff City council.
Angels Care Services gained accreditation to Rhondda Cynon Taf borough council in 2006 and specialize in providing care to the elderly in the Pontyclun/Llantrisant areas of the county.
Angels Care Services were successful in their recent application to be invited onto the Preferred Providers list of Newport City Council after undergoing their rigorous inspection procedure and satisfying all the stringent qualification criteria. A new office is being opened to facilitate the provision of care to the elderly in Newport city.
To gain accreditation to the above councils we have undergone the respective accreditation procedures of each council and are approved to offer home care services on their behalf. Ongoing Council checking and approval services are intensive and we liaise regularly through face to face meetings and training courses.
Our accreditation is further supported by each of the listed Councils placing contract work directly with Angels Care Services.

All of our clients have access to a 24hr on call service to give them round the clock peace of mind.
