Carer Training Co-ordinator
Having joined Angels in 2007 as an administrator, Lauren quickly progressed to the position of Carer Training Co-ordinator. This is a demanding role due to the importance of maintaining a highly trained team of carers.
As a qualified trainer, Lauren not only ensures all carers are up to date with their training but regularly delivers in-house training courses in our Cardiff office.
All of our clients have access to a 24hr on call service to give them round the clock peace of mind.
